Just spent a delightful week in La Rochelle. We left PLF for an overnighter to get here; weather calm but absolutely freezing after dark and a bit windy at times, always on the nose. 

While we’ve been here the weather has been very hot but mainly we just like being in the Chalutiers Basin in the middle of town. (there’s a huge marina at Minimes about1/2 mile away). Mostly sharing the basin with 30+ class 40 racers who were surprisingly quiet for all but their last night. We even think we might relocate here next year, but no decisions yet.
