Not too much to add. Quiet sail from Malolo Lailai yesterday but torrential rain overnight and this morning, 3" water in the dinghy, which admittedly does leak a bit. Great curry last night and planning on an Italian tonight. Off to New Cal (as the Antipodians call it) tomorrow or perhaps the day after.

Musket Cove is on Malolo Lailai and we have spent a week chilling out there. They even have a bar with all drinks at £1.50 and wood fired barbecues in the evening where you can cook your own food. Long term cruisers from the U.S. and N.Z. seem to stay for weks and even months but I was pleased to move on again . It is all a bit cosy small town. We are now back on the mainland in a marina which is part of a complex of shops and restaurants where all the passenger boats leave for the islands so are sampling the restaurants before our week trip to New Cal. Fiji prices are amazingly low which is nice. Having had some civilisation I am now missing the deserted beaches again ! After yesterday's thunderstorms and squalls the wind seems to have turned S.W. for a few days so are trying to decide when to set off.
