Sailed half way from Los Testigos (the Witnesses, not what you're thinking) to Margarita until wind failed and put the engine on. We seem to have arrived in Carnival and the agent recommended by the guides says we can't clear in until Wednesday. I feel a little uncomfortable being an illegal immigrant for 3 days. The bay is lovely but surrounded by high-rise that would be at home in the South of France.

I think it is too naff for the south of France.Think Benidorm (although I've never been there.)In Grenada they can't build higher than the tops of the trees. So this seems really odd.
