Cala Tuara was beautiful only us in the bay, wonderful moon and stars and clear water for swimming. We woke this morning and decided we’d stay another day and try and go for a walk to the next village which we’d seen coming in and nearly anchored there but quite busy so thankfully had decided not to and it is only accessible by sea . We’d discovered looking on google maps that it could be a circular walk out along the coast path and back inland.

So after breakfast we took the dinghy ashore and set off. Well 11000 steps later ( felt like a lot more ) 6.3 Km stunning views a very rough and up and down path the one coming back in was better a lot of ascent before descent we made it . Well worth the effort but very hot and we just dived into the sea on returning to the dinghy we felt like you might hear the sea sizzling with our body heat. I swam back to the boat. We did have plenty of water with us and bought more in the village and had two ice creams each to give us energy for the return walk .

Although we had thought we might move on firstly we were just a tad tired and secondly just too beautiful to leave so we decided to spend another night there. Again beautiful moonlit evening this time a couple of other yachts came in but very peaceful.
