Since we arrived on Monday it has certainly been all go. We did have a day off on Wednesday from sorting the boat for my birthday. Alex and family went to the Volcano park and the volcano museum in the morning whilst we did a few little things then we all met for lunch at a village called El Golfo at a restaurant we had found when we here before which was excellent and they were very good with the children.

Sam and Merryn have settled in well are sharing a cabin and in the main have slept well since arriving and have certainly got used to the boat though we are all still trying hard to persuade him to come down the companionway backwards which does happen but not all the time.

We now have plenty of food on board Alex and I went to two supermarkets yesterday and we have filled most nooks and crannies in the boat and there were all the tins we had put on before leaving the UK and the fridge is absolutely full. We have two nets with fruit in them as well so hopefully this will keep us going for couple of weeks. We decided to go for tinned vegetable in the main French beans , peas and sweet corn as it hasn't been that easy or rather the choice is limited in fresh vegetables or that has been our experience we also have plenty of tomatoes in various stages of ripeness. So don't think we shall get scurvy.
