> We cris crossed the harbour to find a suitable anchorage!
>
> During last nights thunderstorm I obviously hadn’t woken or got up quickly enough to close all the windows so we found several areas of the boat very wet including some of my clothes !! So a mopping up operation followed - an impressive amount of water had got inside but we did have a very clean boat outside , few very damp cockpit cushions and about 6 inches of water in the dinghy.
>
> The bay was relatively calm so I did have a morning swim 5 times round the boat. I’ve forgotten to mention that I also went in the previous night ( first nighttime swim magical lots of twinkling lights round the inlet) too and did 10 times.
>
> We decided to go ashore for breakfast but before that the dinghy had to be lowered into the water and the rain bailed out. We made it ashore and found somewhere for coffee and croissant. We then found the post office and sent couple of pc’s. By then it had started raining again so having failed to take jackets with us ( out of the habit!) we were a tad wet on our return.
>
> Fortunately we can heat the boat so that was good both in drying us and the damp in the boat. We decided we’d move anchorage after lunch as needed to find somewhere sheltered from the NE wind forecast to blow overnight. So the rest of the morning was spent making and changing beds as visitors due tomorrow and a few other tidy up jobs plus the rear heads were playing up again!!! Turned out to be an olive stone ( how that got there will leave to your imagination!!??)
>
> Skies very grey kept raining on and off with the odd rumble of thunder. Not used to this !!
>
> So we motored out after lunch heading for an anchorage on the east side of the bay but once we got over there there was quite a swell and we didn’t really like it so came back across again to this bay and decided we’d be ok here for the night. One another yacht came in after us also from where we were last night. There are also a couple of super yachts parked up. So far it seems calm though the wind has just got up so here’s hoping for a peaceful night . Again pretty bay surrounded by colourful houses, a few mussel beds, a small marina and up on the hillside the other way a small castle and to the south a couple of islands.
