I forgot to download a a photo of a yellow fin tuna which Graham caught so here it is.  Yesterday we had huge fun.  I organised a picnic to take to Macaroni beach for the day.  It is a beautiful beach on the other side of Mustique with Atlantic waves crashing in but still safe to play in the surf as it is protected by a reef.  There are picnic tables with umbrellas which, if they are not reserved by either of the hotels or Villa owners, we can use.  There were a couple free. Champagne to start and actually for most of the day…..   I made some tomato onion tarts with anchovies, olives and parmesan cheese, smoked salmon, salad and a spanish bean and ham mix with olive oil and garlic, french bread to go with it all.  We had huge fun in perfect weather.  Joined by Sandra and John from Eupraxia, a Discovery 55, and of course the Woods who are staying on board with us.  Late afternoon we went back to the yacht and got ready for dinner which Jonathan organised at ‘Firefly’ a mad evening.  Today we are recovering, a slow start to the morning, lunch at the Cotton House hotel and then meandered back to the yacht.  Paddle boards out, Jane has not quite stood up yet but is getting there.  Over to Eupraxia for drinks tonight before dinner of rack of lamb on board here.
