ÇESME MARINA
Just doing a catch up with the blog as I have not written one for a few days. So I will put position and date and the place we visited and anything of interest including photos for each entrance.
On our way to Çesme we saw a yacht in the distance which looked remarkably like ours, except of the topsides. Having observed it through the binoculars as it sailed north we realised it was a DISCOVERY 57 called PEREGRINE. We called her on the VHF but there was no response sadly. We were half tempted to turn around and chase her but decided against it.
We refuelled at Cesme marina and were half tempted to stay there for a night but decided against it as the Meltemi was up and berthing without a bow thruster is too complicated unless you have excellent boat boys in strong RIBS who know what they are doing.
We headed on down south to NERGIS KOYU.
