THE TEMPLE OF APOLLO.

The pillars were huge, the temple was never finished although they took over 200 years to try and finish it the invasion by Persians and earthquakes took their toll.  Had it been finished and remained standing it would have been spectacular. A couple of the photos show etching in the marble where Romans who were waiting to enter the temple played games whilst they waited out on the steps.
