We finally got away at 1610 having fully fuelled, both diesel and duty free wines, spirits and beers.The NZ allowance for beer is 10 DOZEN per person but we didn't take that much!

Surprisingl the wind did not die with the sun and weswitched off the negine at 1820 and ave been sailing ever since wih 10 to 15 knots of ESE wind, just aft of the beam. Average speed up to 1000 was 7 K so pretty much on track, and not usng diesel!

No fish yet but otherwise all OK on board.The wind keps threatening to go light and if it does we might have a play with the asymetric.
