The wind is much stronger than normal with big squalls coming through every now and again.  We spent a couple of days in the Cays with Jane and Phillip Woods, snorkelling and swimming and liming.  Explored Union Island and went to the colourful market to buy veg’ and fruit.  Managed to find a very good fast wifi at ‘The Loft’ which is also a lovely wine bar and does delicious tapas.  It was opened in December and deserves to do a great trade, it is based in Clifton. Visited Petit St. Vincent for a Valantines dinner, the ‘posh’ restaurant was OK but over priced for what they served.  The better place now is the bar and restaurant on the beach where yachties are welcome and it is much more fun and a gorgeous setting.  Checked out of the Grenadines at Clifton.  As we were on our way in the dingy we met Chris and Helen Tibbs and had a chat and hope to meet up with them again in Grenada.
Although it blew a hoelly during the night we had a good sail down to Grenada and caught a 14lb Dorado off the area near Kicking Jenny (the underwater volcano), see picture.  Now we are very well stocked up with food as we caught a 5lb Yellow Fin Tuna the day before, J bought Lobster off the fisherman in Tyrrals Bay and now we had the Dorado.
