I’m afraid I am still unable to download photos as the internet is so desperately slow in the islands. We had a lovely time over in Anegada, having anchored in 0.7 meters of water… Visited Loblolly beach and did some snorkelling off the reef, ate cold lobster at Anegada Reefs Hotel on the beach. We sailed gently back to The Baths, catching and releasing a Gar fish on the way, and swam ashore in quite rough water exploring the caves and ‘baths’. Back to the yacht and motored to Cooper island for the night, but a big NE swell came in during the night causing the yacht to roll. Left the next morning to sail across to Road Town to victual the yacht with food etc and for Jonathan to go to the chandlery to find a pelican hook. During this time my brother, Jono, booked a diving refresher course and a dive on the wreck for today. Sailed over to the Indians to snorkel, Jonathan came back having hit a sea urchin so spines in his hand and coral burn on his legs, he said he got hit by a wave when going to close to a rock. First Aid of boiling hot water or at least as hot as he can stand and vinegar which did the trick with the pain spines left well alone until they find their own way out.and On to Norman Island and went to Willy T’s for pre-dinner Rum punch and on to a restaurant on the beach for dinner. Back on the yacht having had rum punches and wine to play the yacht card game ‘Oh Bugger’.

We keep getting huge rain squalls through then very sunny, ‘Liquid Sunshine’ is the name of the rain warm and wet.
