Last night was magical!  A very full golden moon appeared at about 7p.m. whilst having pre dinner drinks on deck. The i-pod was playing lots of v. old 60s music which got Allan reminiscing about his time in the States in San Fransisco and elsewhere, he was being quite nostalgic, I did tell him if he remembers it he couldn't have been there!   The night was cloudless and very, very bright from moonlight, with just a gentle northly wind blowing to keep things cooler.  We BBQed the Bonito in kebabs, I marinaded them with lemon & orange juice, garlic, soya-sauce, rosemary and oregano (we have run out of pasley! thought there was more in the stores) and threaded the cubes on to bamboo sticks with bitter orange wedges. Served them on a bed of couscous mixed with red onion, pepper, dried cranberries and lemon juice and more garlic.  Tonight we have some spiny lobsters for dinner which we bought off a fisherman.  We have now left the Rio Cacique and are heading for San Jose to Grand Playa bay.
