Forgot to say in my last blog we had a very good tour of a Botanical garden which leads down to the sea. We learnt all the uses of Coconut trees from fabric to food and building. We also learnt how Tapas is made from the Mulberry tree bark, hard work and fascinating and such fine bark fabric which is used for weddings and special occasions as well as national costume. Very good lunch after of foods including suckling pig. a lovely walk after on a very cool sunny day. Yes, it is winter here and the temp at night now requires sweatshirts/cardigans.
