Weather forecasts change (as they do) - today turns out to be relatively calm and sunny - the rainstorm had blown through quicker than anticipated. So be it - a day for drying out, laundry and inspecting the engine exhaust elbow - having figured out which tube to disconnect from the manifold (in a very tight space of course)! Yes, definitely sulphur, carbon and salt crystal deposits - a before and after view - having scraped, filed and scraped again as much as possible. Hopefully this will make some difference when under load - we shall have to wait and see when we leave the dock.

What was leaving the dock today: the Disney cruise liner - horns sounding a Disney tune it edges gracefully out of the dock and out to the Bahamas - complete with announcements of zumba classes, children's games etc ... all within minutes of casting off!! Not for us - we will take the (slower), quieter route under sail tomorrow further south.... Equally, a cormorant fishing close by from our dock seemed unmoved by all the noise!

An evening stroll out for us along the waterfront to "Rusty's" tikki bar, sundowners and a guitarists in the background before dinner on the boat and another episode of "Jeeves" - a good day all round.
