Day 6 - Brunswick GA - Florida (St Augustine)

29:53.1N
81:18.5W
Another
bright and sunny start with a cold wind from the north. Ready to move onto
a mooring bouy north of Lions Bridge as we wait for the seas to calm down
and attempt our exit! Plenty to do on the boat to while our time away...still
tracing the sink bilge water - a mystery as no water collects until we move the
boat. Tried to disconnect the bow thruster alarm as it is sounding continuously
(a salt water short) but connections too rusty and unsure of the alarm wire
- so will leave on the list for another day. Not exactly relaxing!
Nevertheless, as the sun began its descent behind the buildings of St Augustine,
a schooner made a grand entrance to the bay in the escaping sunlight, an evening
bbq and a Sharpe episode finished off the day nicely.
