Dark clouds on the horizon, wind building from the south and turning west - 30 knots in the marina - definitely a day for being tied up in the marina(!) and more sightseeing in St Augustine. But first a 5 mile run over the Bridge of Lions to St Augustine lighthouse. Thunderstorms quickly following and then a bright, windy afternoon - a chance to visit the Castillo de San Marcos (late 17th century). Views over the sea entrance provide a glimpse of the waves dancing over the sandbanks. Dinner at O C Whites - a restaurant we had visited before - just across from the marina - rounding off a nice days rest.
