 Our position is 43:40.11N 07:35.68W
We set off this morning aiming to do a short hop to
Ribidero but the winds were so good (15 knots Easterly) that we ran gull winged
at a prodigious speed right to Ria de Viveira which is where we are now. With
any luck Viveira will provide a supermarket which is open first thing in the
morning which is just as well as we are getting down on fresh food. Fortunately
the beer locker is well stocked.
We have seen almost no other boats
on the way here - it makes you wonder whether all the others know something we
don't. Still it makes a change from Devon.
The coastline hereabouts is rugged and dotted with
many wind turbines. The Ria is glorious.
