We have just enjoyed a spicy chicken couscous
supper washed down with a glass of Sigma 38 tank water..very spartan, and part
of our Atlantic detox programme.
Today has been a very light wind day, with speeds
dropping below 4 knots this afternoon, but there is something of a recovery
afoot as the sun goes down and we are now doing just over 5
Waves are down a tad too, and so tonight
might be smoother than the previous two.
Karen is fully up and about, after a couple of
queasy days, so all much better. My sticky headache is fading as I
write.
We are still working our way south to keep the
breeze. And it's film night tonight
