Today has been a good day. Our first 24 hours since
leaving La Gomera saw us logging 171 miles. We have been reaching in 20 to 25
Knots from the east on a course of 220.
It has been sunny and fairly warm, though this
evening we have a little light cloud, and a resulting steely grey sea -
not unlike the North Sea except the water's warmer...now about 21
degrees.
We have been in regular VHF contact with our
friends on Win2Win, though have not seen them today as they are about 8 miles
behind us.
We cooked a pork, vegetable and green bean stew for
lunch and morale is ok on board.
All well
