Today has been a light news day.

Nigel retightened the binding on the mast bracket this morning, and had an hour long Atlantic shower whilst doing so.

The rest of the day has been essentially lying low and letting Persephone fight the waves to proceed eastward.

This evening, conditions have abated a touch and the largest of the waves have subsided. But we still suffer slamming if we point the boat in any useful direction....

Ho hum, maybe this is how early maritime explorers found new lands in strange directions!
