So here we are again...in a sense. Last time we wandered south, this little Ria was our first stop before rounding the corner at Finisterre, and starting the southerly trek down the Portugese coast. Only this time we are visiting a different anchorage, at Corme, rather than Laxe. And we investigated the little fishing harbour of Malpica on the way.

Also, we decided to sail very close in to the Galician coast this time. It's an interesting sailing ground, perhaps not unlike parts of the Baltic...with lots of unmarked rocks to be wary of and several opportunities to pass between the mainland and off lying rocky islands... Which is great in the fair weather that we are currently enjoying, though I wouldn't consider it if it was rough.

It's a very pleasant evening, much less busy than last time we were in this part of the world...only 2 boats in the anchorage....us and a US boat called Tivoli.

Our coordinates;
43 15.786N 008 57.694W

Tomorrow, we will likely round Finisterre...and if we're lucky, will spinnaker down towards Vigo...
