Now 0200 and aproaching Lanzarote. We took the main down to slow down so as to arrive around dan.

mixed blessing...we are slower, but more rolly. Kaen has near teminal sasickness, and I am tired, though gtting rest, just not sleep.

We are a tad too slow for the towgen to keep up with th power the pilot needs, so charging on engine. Can see the glow of the lights on Lanzarote on the starboard bow...
