We have ben at sea 24 hous now and covered
137miles. the weather has been ok, initially with 17 knots rom 025, but ometimes
more than that from up to 060. This moning, though, the wind has dropped to
below 10 knots
and we are slow, as we sill have the waves to deal
with. Ocean ailing was ever thus!
Karen has ben incapcitated wih, arguably, her worst
ever bout of seasickness, so I have been standing all the watches. A little
tired, though I did get some sleep
Otherwise, we are well.
I think the bottom is dirty as we ae
struggling for pace, though we did ovetake a dutch yacht called Ophir and
they are well over 6 miles behind us now, so not all
bad.
