From Povoa de Vazim we made a bold move to Leixos, 12 miles down the coast.  It’s the container port for Porto, and another very different take on Portugal/  the least pleasant spot so far: stormbouind with a high swell for 3 days, downwind of the oil refinery.  The whole boat is coated with an oily sand debris.

Because of the high swell, tere’s a danger that te intermediate ports will be closed, so we’ll go down to Cascais overnight – a trip of 170 miles.
