The EJ's Voyage

Totally
spoiled ourselves today! Hired a car for comfort this time and did a bit more
touring. We visited a coffee factory, Tanna coffee. Drank their pure Arabica. It
was an excellent cup of coffee. Then we went to the waterfalls. We were not too
enthusiastic to start with – yes another waterfall!- but actually this one was
fun. We had to walk in the bed of the river, up to our knees, to get at it. We
had a lavish lunch at an up market Italian restaurant on the water edge with
stunning views. Went back to The Havannah resort for coffee and a bit of clothes
shopping in their nice shop (!). We discovered a tiny little marina where
Falbala could just go in and we may well do that next week depending on the
weather. Not a good spot if the wind blows from the West, which admittedly is
not very often. Next to the marina was this very well planned camping site with
nice gas bbq’s and all the facilities. However, not a single client. Where is
everybody?
On the way back we followed a local truck full of people at the back –
health and safety?
