Still chasing the wind! We had about 1 hour of good
wind last night which made us hopeful but it dropped down to nothing when the
rain came. It has been a very cloudy and wet night. The visibility was so bad
early evening that we turned the radar on for safety.
Still totally overcast sky this morning and some
rain showers. Quite miserable really. We are now 3 degrees South and according
to our GRIB weather files have another 2 to go to find the wind. We are
forced to motor which is annoying. We have of course to be careful with fuel
consumption. We keep our fingers crossed that it will be all be ok at the
end!
Dinner last night consisted of hand-made burgers
with green beans and potatoes. The boys had bacon and eggs this morning. I don't
think that they can complain about food so far!
Let's hope there will more exciting news tomorrow
if we finally find some wind!
Plenty of fish in the Pacific ocean - we can
see them jumping all the time. However, we haven't managed to catch one
yet...
