Day 10, 2nd December.
Day 10 already! Where have the days gone? It seems
only yesterday we left Las Palmas with the crowds gathered on the shore and the
chaotic start line! Time really has flown by.
Once again Scutchy boy has answered his
critics. Several members of the crew were beginning to doubt him, claiming that
the first fish was down to pure luck, but, at 1306 today we had our second
catch! Pulled on board with Scutchy screaming out "We nailed
him!!!"
Ollie hit hygiene mode today, cleaning all of his
clothes, his sleeping bag, even himself!! Don't tell his mother as she will
start to expect this on a regular basis!
Celebrity chef Jamie has taken the day off, and so
the crew are preparing themselves for the finest beans on toast they are likely
to eat, as Ollie enters the galley!
Mike continues to find things to tinker with about
the boat, cleaning this and adjusting that, a skippers day is never
over.
Whilst Cat continues her life of luxury sunning
herself on the aft-deck!
All is well onboard as we edge ever
closer to St.Lucia with the cocktails continuing to flow!
