Tomorrow is D Day, or in our parlance, departure day. Hooray.

After weeks of preparation, sorting out the house in preparation for letting out, organising financial affairs and getting the boat ready……………………………..

It has been a roll a coaster ride for our emotions. Lurching from excitement to frustration, joy to melancholy (the impact of loosing Shady & Twola was far greater than I expected), to apprehension and just outright exhaustion! To carry us though, we have been blessed by all the support we have had from friends and family. Not to forget all the skilled craftsmen and women on the river Dart who have also done a fabulous job in putting up with my ever increasing demands…………. Thank you all.

So Bayonna bound…………………farewell Dartmouth, next,  the world.
