Our final port of call before the passage to Australia.  We picked up a mooring ball belonging to the very efficient and charming Yachting World yacht club and made plans.  Plans to hire a car and tour the island because we were running short of time and so couldn’t do it in Tashi Delek.

Plans that came to nought because it absolutely hosed it down with rain every single day.  Way too much to make a trip out of any interest whatsoever.  But is washed the salt off the boat.

We checked out, filled the water tanks and had a fantastic meal in a French restaurant starting with snails.

The only pictures worth taking were the, once again, fabulous market.

Catering packs of sweet potatoes…
