Hello Friends                                "14:25.9N 60:53.2W"

We're back in Martinique after a trip south again to Carriacou to look at some land with our friend Andy from 'Happy Spirit'. Conclusion - though an interesting idea, maybe not for now.

We sailed back south in one run overnight - 125 miles in 18 hours with 2 reefs even though we were off the wind! The return journey was only slightly less exciting - a day up to Bequia then a long day from there to Rodney Bay, St Lucia (now full of ARC boats) and then a 3 hour dash on the 3rd day in 30 knot winds back here to Martinique.

We'll spend the holidays here in Martinique and we've bought a very detailed local pilot book with a view to exploring the reef-protected windward coast.

There's not too much else to report now, but we have put the Baby Turtle video on the website, front page - Enjoy!

So Happy Holidays from James the Cabin Boy...

and from the Skipper and First Mate

Best wishes for a Peaceful Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year
