Hello Friends
"26:51.8N
16:57.7W"
A glorious sunny day and reasonable
wind on the port quarter as we head down to approx 20N 25W before turning to the
Caribbean. Course 230 wind about 14 knots E
Lunch being prepared by our on board
chef George and crew variously keeping watch, playing with the sextant or
generally dozing.
We're flying the full main and the
Kemp spinnaker. Saw another yacht a while ago - we think heading south to the
Cape Verdes as he passed behind us. Since we have nearly a whole day's advance
start on the ARCers, we expect to see some of the larger boats from time to
time.
Best Wishes
George & Michael
