Only 110NM to go so we should arrive at Lajes in the early hours of
tomorrow morning, not our favourite time to make landfall in a strange harbour
but on the chart it looks quite open without too many hazards.
Lots of dolphins around Moonstone for much of the night and just before
moonrise the strange cry of Cory’s Shearwaters following us....... they sound
like a couple of old ladies having an argument......
Moonstone is now nipping along at just under 7 knots, she feels eager to
get to the end of this passage! |
