After finding a tear in the foot of the mainsail we are sailing under genoa and mizzen......we can till use the main with it reefed but are saving it for lighter winds when they arrive on Friday.
The forecast for the next 36 hours isn’t pretty, seas to 14 feet and squalls to 40+ knots, it’s another cold front and we know what to expect.   So today we will prepare, plenty of hot food and lots of sleep whilst dreaming of blue skies and calm seas on Friday!
