Moonstone of Aberdour

We anchored in Prickly Bay Granada just after dawn after bouncing around in a heavy sea for a couple of hours waiting for sufficient daylight to sail safely into this bay that has no lights or marks to show its off lying reefs and rocks. We had a fast trade wind crossing from Barbados averaging over 6 knots for most of the way but we suffered for our speed and our bruises are evidence of the effect of Moonstone's vicious rolling created by the large following sea.

Neither of us got much sleep so after checking in with Customs and Immigration its off to bed to catch up on a nights missed sleep.
