Far from the Madding Crowd.......at last!  After Cat Island we crossed to Staniel Cay to collect our refurbished fuel injection pump from the tiny little airport and then moved to the Black Point Settlement on Great Guana Cay where we installed the said pump......not the nicest of jobs when rolling about in the anchorage.   We then motor sailed to Georgetown for supplies and enjoyed a couple of days walking and swimming on Stocking Island.   The Georgetown anchorage was still very busy after the annual Regatta and although we enjoy a bit of camaraderie with other cruisers we are glad to escape to near solitude again today.

We are thinking of heading further south through the Jumentos Cays to the Ragged Islands but keeping our eye on stronger winds forecast for next weekend .........but tomorrow we will go ashore and start to explore Long Island for the first time.
