We've had a quiet night and made fairly good progress
although the wind has eased off a bit this morning. We have changed from our #3
to our #2 headsail but it hasn't made a big difference.
We have decided to put in to Cabedelo as Recife doesn't
appear to be deep enough for us, and our ETA there is tomorrow
evening.
Ian made a good rice meal last night. We have got into
the habit of making enough food at the evening meal to have some for lunch the
following day.
The UHT milk isn't lasing twenty four hours in this
heat, and motion.
