Wednesday 8^th April – Cagliari (Rain Arrives)

Thunderstorms were forecast for today and so we spent the day aboard waiting for them to happen.  Eventually, late afternoon, the rain arrived though fortunately no thunder and lightning.

I made a large batch of soup and we invited Cape and Wandering Dragon over to help us eat it along with some of my tomato and chilli bread and a lemon drizzle cake.  Just before they arrived, the rain started again in earnest so they each had to make a dash between the drops.

Once the food was eaten we played a quiz game and listened to the rain.
