Saturday 14^th February – Cagliari (Valentines Day)

The sun was out this morning so I opened all the hatches, despite the low temperature, and gave Pyxis a good clean whilst Richard went off to one of the out of town DIY stores and the supermarket.  As soon as I had finished cleaning I closed the hatches and tried to warm the boat up once more.

This evening Richard said he would cook dinner but I would have to wait until the end of the rugby, England vs. Wales.  I watched the first half up at the gazebo but was not as interested as the rest of them so came back for a really hot shower to warm up. 

With kick-off not until 18.30 (local time) it was going to be a late evening.  So after my shower I started preparing dinner.  By the time Richard turned up, after commiserating cocktails with the guys, I had already set it cooking in the oven so in the end all he had to do was cook the vegetables and put it out.
