Tuesday 10^th March – Cagliari (Peanut and cumin chicken)

It was a fair day but again with fresh winds.  We did a supermarket trip and then tidied Pyxis up a little as we have spread out over the last few days.

This evening we invited Cape over for a somewhat belated ‘thank-you’ dinner for running us to and from the airport when we went home – I was able to try out a chicken dish that I used to do at home and enjoyed the challenge of doing it in my small oven. 

After dinner we had a game of trionimoes – Sarah was victorious once again!
