Sunday 10^th August – Cala de Santa Ponsa, Mallorca

We decided to have a leisurely Sunday as we actually realised that it was a Sunday and had even bought pan au chocolat ready for breakfast in the supermarket yesterday; lunchtime Richard even went off to town in the dinghy and bought a Sunday paper so that we could trawl through looking for some good news.

That done, and obviously none found, we launched the BBQ late afternoon – trying it onboard Pyxis for the first time.  We started with garlic bread; then, I had a fish, my usual dorada, and Richard had ribs.  I baked some potatoes on the BBQ and we had it all with a small salad accompaniment – what a lovely way to end the day.  It was also pleasant to be able to cook on deck in the cockpit rather than down below.
