On the southern tip of Sardinia is Golfo di Teuleda. In the middle of the "golf" is the anchorage of Tuerredda. Completely open to the south it gives good protection to the prevailing winds from W-NW.
We spent some wonderful days anchored in this little paradise. With good holding on sand and yet not in high season we were safely anchored with only two neighbour boats. The beach in the bottom of the bay is pretty with lot´s of local people coming in the weekends.
One little bar is open when there are people on the beach serving coffees, icecream and drinks. In good weather and before high season this is what Sardinia is best at-beautiful beaches tucked in into small bays with crystal clear water , often served by a small bar and mainly local people.
Mercedes made friends with the local fish population by serving breakfast from the swimming ladder every morning.
