Da er vi fremme på Antigua og godt fortøyd i en
havn som heter Nelson Dockyard kl. 13.15 lokal tid.
Vi har seilt 2.952 nm og brukt 20 dager og 4 timer
på turen fra Mogan og hit. Vi har kjørt agregat 54 timer og motoren 7 timer.
Agregatet og vindmølla har gitt oss nok strøm til alle instrument , kjøleskap og
fryseboks. Vi har brukt ca. 70 liter diesel og 400 l vann.
Vi spiste oss god middag på rest. i går og var i
seng kl 21.15 lokal tid! Helt skutt alle sammen. Rart med bord som står stille.
Og en båt som ligger helt i ro. Utrolig.
Eventually we are safe and sound in the harbour og
Nelson Dockyard in Antigua. We've been using 20 days and 4 hours on the distance
of 2952 nm from Mogan to Antigua (via Cap Verde).
Happy about that and also happy to be able to sit
still without all the motion.
We have warm and nice weather. Not too much
humidity and lovely fresh wind. Heavy rain showers through the nigth. Washed all
the salt away from the boat. We also think the island is pretty, but have
not seen too much yet. We were exhausted and went to bed at 21.15 last nigth,
after a good meal at the restaurant just two minutes walking from our
berth.
