Yesterday we left beautiful Benodet for the equally stunning Iles de Glenans.  It was only a two hour sail (more strictly motor as there was little wind).  The anchorage that the French couple from the previous night had recommended was very busy, so we anchored off Ile Cigogne.  The sun shone all day, but with the NW wind Mary thought it was chilly, but Alan was determined to pretend he had arrived in warmer climes.  Most of the French boats left the islands at about 1600h (I guess it’s not a bank holiday weekend in France), which allowed us to move on to a visitors buoy in The Chambre in time for sunset.
