Hi Folks,
It was with great suprise that when I visited
Zepher today our next door nabiour said we had a visitor,
sombody who has followed the blog for a while !
well whoever you are, plese send us a em and make yourself known
....
The holls are upon us as well, everybody except
from us is escaping Wellington, I dont know why the weather has been great, wind
yes but plenty of sun, its definatly been an Indian summer.
We are close to finding a house at last, we have
been looking at a four bed one in a place called
Hataitai, three hugh garages under neath it,say no
more as far as I go.. and a one bed flat with it as well, suit us
fine, a as a) long term investment and b) as Lyns art studio dispay area, yes
the painting is now back on full tilt, she has entered anoth large exibition,
and moved to a new gallary as the last one wasnt selling much at all, its
in
a place called Petonie , a lovely little mini
art deco town in the process of being resored, as we travel around NZ we have
found many of these little jems in a run down state, showing signs of former
glory
but I guess as the industries closed around the
areas , people have migrated away to the city areas, a shame really, but in
reality we are not a rich country in monatary terms, and dont have the
comuting
culture that exsists in Europe, if it didnt exsist
in most parts of Blighty it would probably look the same.
Anyway whoever the phantom Zepher stalker is please
let yourself know, you will be draged in and forced
to drink coupius amounts off alchohol ... and
repair my spell checker on my new Lap top !
