Hi Folks,
Well we are all bit more with it today ,after the
initial bumpy start, we are currently 180 nm from Cape Egmont and under engine
as the wind has died completely.
The sick bucket now in temporary storage awaiting
the Cook straight perhaps, Trevor and Sonja are our willing crew on this trip,
Trev has now found out what it looks like outside the haze of sea sick
tabs and the huey bucket, he is back to his normal self and enjoying the
trip, Lyn stuck a scopoderm sea sick patch to him on his first talk into the
bucket, we were a bit worried as Lyn always sees tartan sea and other
halucagenic episodes, luckily Trev's body mass is greater so theirs more
mass to absorb the chemical " brother".
The rest of us whilst feeling queasy survived the
first round of huey and the sight of rounding the North Cape and Cape
Reanga , a change of course and a much esier motion of the boat has revived
flagging appetites, we ate heartily last night instead of snacking and the
chicken curry went down champion, Trevs fist proper meal also stayed put which
was a great relief to us all, although I did hear murmurs from the bucket
calling Trev, just like the mermaids on the rocks!
Anyway folks its goodbye for now from the Colonel
