"The Martinique shuffle"
Hi to all of you in cold climes, its the warm
Noah's soaked in rum and sun here,sorry its been a while but we have had our
hands full with visitors from the cold incontinent , warmed them through with
rum and put them out to toast in the sun turn every 15 mins for one hour , put
in car take to airport send back to the cold climes with a hazy memory of warm
sunny days , white beaches and good fodder , bump down at the airport , get taxi
home,wake up the next morning and think was I really there or was it an
alcoholic haze , go to bathroom , check tan , confirmation brown body
, check bag and find Martinique rum bottle , and pinch oneself " I WAS
THERE" .......

Washboards" and "Estimado Quantifier" Margaret for your offshore and onshore
support , Rob ( Mix Master) yes Rob its all your fault, alcoholic haze
days! and Sharon for her free peep shows on the aft deck , yes Sharon the
locals are missing your evening showers! and our present incumbents Mary and
David , they are only half cooked and wont be fully roasted till next week
.
The local restaurant hasn't been the same
since you guys left ,! sexy boy still asks after you Sharon ! . . . .
.
Lyn is progressing with brightwork and
paint work , we have acquired a new sail , a 100m2 Gennicker with furling gear
for our windless days to come in the pacific , a few major jobs to
still complete Gen set repair , and main halyard but all other tasks seem to be
coming along well in between touring the Island , theirs still lots to
see .
We are looking at departing for the San Blas
Islands on or about the 6th of Feb once all jobs are
complete .
