Hi Folks,
Well its all been go, the house purchasing front is
hotting up as we are nearing the end of our negotiations and we will see today
whether we have obtained our first house in NZ,, I wont bore you with to much
detail, but here both parties have to sign up to a contract prior to
negotiations, then you barter, if you don't agree then its all cancelled ,
nobody else can gusump you whilst you are in negotiation so until they are
concluded its a one on one situation, it seems to be a bit formal but its the
second one we have bid on and seems to be a good system.
The container saga is coming to an end with
customs having pronounced on our personnel effects, we have duty to pay but a
lot less than thought, the motor bikes are due to be resolved in early Feb, I
have to go up to the store to see them for the first time in two years, it all
seems to have gone so quick ..
Also today its the dentist so I may be a bit gummy
next time I em you all ..
