More Milk Shake !

Hi Folks,

Its frothy man , well there was a whole lot more shaking going on last night we all thought we had been on in the tumble dryer , large swells from the SE with Zephyr ploughing on through the cross swell like a go faster tractor , the boat speed was good and we are still averaging seven knots with the Yankee poled out .

I have a tale to tell of the "Phantom Snicker Nicker" ,  yesterday afternoon we were discussing the time change as the clocks were to go back as we have moved another time zone , somebody mentioned a cup of tea and a snack bar would be a nice treat , we new there was the last Snicker choc bar in the fridge that had remained unconsumed since Panama City  , we thought it would be nick to cut it into four with our afternoon tea ! Chef of the day Rob went below and scurried to the galley , we looked in the fridge and low and behold it was gone , an immediate kangaroo court was assemble to extract a confession from the guilty party , whilst the three of us were discussing when the snicker had last been seen , a sheepish Rob popped his head up and with a cheeky schoolboy grin admitted to the dastardly deed , we were all disappointed at the early confession as we were quite looking forward to the "mess deck layers convention" as we used to call it in the Navy , it was revelled that in a moment of weakness Rob who had been eyeing up the snicker in the fridge along with Chris was the first to pounce , Chris was miffed because he had his eye on it too , so was probably just as guilty ! the banter on this one will linger on I fear ..

A good day on the fishing front yesterday with four catches of Dorado , we kept two for the fridge and released two back , it must have been a slay ride being towed behind this thing a seven to eight knots , which blows the theory that you can only catch fish at five knots or below !

Called Rhythm last night they are within 800 nm of the Marquises , and 21 days out so another six seven days should see them in to Hivo Oa , I think they will be glade to get there as they are down to there last 200 litres of fresh water !

Well folks will keep you posted on snack raiding as there are only a few cereal bars left in the nibbles cupboard .
