We jumped in the dinghy this morning to check out Clarkes Court Bay Marina in view of keeping Brindabella there while Si is away. We eventually found the owner who said it would be no problem and to just give him a call: Great. We then stopped off at the dinky little Whisper Cove Marina for a coffee which was a real treat. We climbed the steps through their beautiful garden with palms and tropical flowers providing a magnificent frame looking out to Brindabella and drank great coffee with jazzy French music playing in the background. The owners are keen chefs and also sell quality meat. Samples of freshly baked bread were brought round filling the air with tummy rumbling good aromas while we read some travel literature from their stand. A large lizard scurried across the wooden floor and disappeared into the garden.

Snorkelling on the reef this afternoon was a great disappointment after our experiences of late as the water was extremely murky. We have been spoilt with so many fab sites around. It was nice to take a dip however and rather interesting as the temperature changed dramatically by the minute. After dinner we prepared to head back to St. George in the morning.
